My work is concerned with the structure of individualsubject-object cognition, particularly theunderstanding of formal concepts in the context ofrole transitions. Based on Descartes' subject-objectdualism, l argue that society and subject-object areone, and that there is fluidity between subjectivityand objectivity.l study the relationship betweenwomen and nature, inspired by Laurence Boal andGreta Gadd, linking female oppression toenvironmental destruction. At the same time, l studythe family of origin, exploring male object judgementof women, and emphasising the restoration of femalesubjectivity. in addition, l explore the beauty of scarsas a testament to time and growth. After studyingBuddhism at university, l revisit the role of women inreligious art, combining feminist philosophy withtravelling memories to present the spiritual traditionsof Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture. Theseexplorations speak to the resilience, respect andidentity of family, nature and spirituality.
After the performance piece, I needed to createpaintings that explored the deep connectionbetween women and nature, expressing eco.feminism and its role in protecting thevulnerable. The works use symbolic organicforms and female organs, combined with naturalmaterials, to convey themes of maternal care, symbiosis, and female diversity, inviting viewersto reconnect with nature through art!.
My research, paintings and installations explore the impact of patriarchy onindividuals and society,Inspired by a family birthday celebration, my mothershared a memory of me as we got drunk and spilled out my complicatedfeelings about my father,This moment prompted me to reflect on familydynamics and the trauma of my upbringing.Through my work, l aim to raise awareness of parenting and children'semotional experiences while advocating for the recognition and protection ofhistorically marginalized and oppressed women.

The Buddhist classes l took in college brought me anew idea for my artwork and inspired me to explorethe influence of Tibetan Buddhism on women'sliberation and the unique role of women in the field ofreligious art. This work combines the perspective offeminist philosophy with my memories of travelingthrough Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, through which l have re-examined the way women'sbodies are presented in artworks.
