This storybook, adapted from the classic fairy tale "SnowWhite," explores desires triggered by advertising and modern appearance anxiety. The apple, as the maincharacter, seeks external beauty but ultimately decaysfrom within, reflecting the deeper implications of this phenomenon. After asking the magic mirror who is themost beautiful and realizing it is not the case, the applefeels anxious and turns to modern cosmetic methods toachieve perfection, appearing radiant while remainingempty inside. This story is inspired by my observationsof people excessively pursuing beauty, warning that anoveremphasis on appearance can lead to a loss of innerself and true self-worth.
The inspiration of this project comes from the newsabout the discharge of nuclear wastewater in Japan. inthe process of research, l found the harm of nuclearwastewater to the environment, but people seemed tobe indifferent to it. He also made an installation of the organsthat cause lesions in the human body and displayedthem like specimens.
This project aims to design products that children in welfare institutionscan use. The inspiration came from an experience two years ago when, under the organization of my school club,l visited a small after-schoolinstitution.it wasn't a large place, but it was home to many children whowere raised by their grandparents, as their parents were absent. Afterschool, these children would gather at the institution. That day, wespent the afternoon doing fun experiments with them, creating amemorable and heartwarming experience.
