Set on an outdoor water stage, this design brings the grandeur and tragedy of the Titanic to life under the open sky. In this project, l explored vertical spaces symbolizing the social economical class divisions and the physicaland emotional distance and intimacy between the lovers. The natural elements-wind, water, and light-blend with the set, creating an immersive experience that highlights the ship's fateful journey and the human stories it carried.
This is a story about a carriage driver who will present his life to the audience by running on a rotating stage. This project is a stage play .I designed based on a Chinese novel of the same name, "Rickshaw boy." The inspiration for the scene transitions comes from papercut books, and l simulate the turning of pages in a book by using the rotation of the ground to change the scenes. My goal is to providethe audience with a sense of reading while watching this play.emphasizing that they are merely observing the life of this laborer, unable to bring about any changes.
