The inspiration comes from escape from the Chamber of Secrets.
By observing the different buildings and spatial forms of the back room, as well as the corresponding human activities which manifest on how they use and experience different spaces. The reproduction and translation of the behavior of
different types of people in different types of buildings are expressed to express critical thinking about people and the architectural environment that carries them.
Reflecting on the term "sewn-up," I realize it transcends its medical connotations and symbolizes the profound connection between humanity and nature. I've observed striking parallels between the vascular system and the root systems and veins of trees.
Our body can participate and shape space through movement, the different nodes of the body (e.g. elbows, knees, shoulders, etc.), which can be connected inside
and outside the body into lines, lines shape the surface, the surface shapes the volume, thereby creating a flowing spatial change through the movement of the body
Landslides are a regular occurrence in Hong Kong. As a result, this has caused great harm to
Hong Kong's architectural, geological, ecological, and human safety. My idea is to minimize the damage to people by surveying the geology of Hong Kong, using different instruments to monitor the data in real-time, and using satellite remote sensing technology to obtain largescale surface information to predict landslides and warn people as early as possible. At the same time, through these measured data, instruments, and technologies, a system can be made to reduce the hazards of landslides.
I thought about the contamination of nuclear wastewater, so I chose marine life: jellyfish. After doing some
secondary material collection, I made the first edition.
The first time I posted the version, I used sunlight for 15 minutes, which was also the most successful one. The second edition used a less strong ultraviolet lamp,
and the result failed. I used different materials and different color schemes, and found that the reddish brown color felt more like rust. This is the second version I made.
