The design concept of this renovation is "dialogue". The so-called "dialogue", thatis, the dialogue between history and modern life, the Second sand Factory has very important historical and cultural significance, but now the second sand Factory has stopped production and become an industrial site, how to integrate the old building of the Second Sand Factory into modern life in the rapid development of social science and technology, while making people not forget the history, but also feel the modern changes and have a feeling of comparison,the experience of different erasin one space is central to this design.

The desian is an urban parking complex, and is designed to help the local area to relieve the parking tension；meanwhile，urban functional soaces such as restaurants, exhibitions and the like are introduced into the building to divide the whole building into two, so as to achieve the purpose of parking and other functions. The ground floor wil be completely overhead, the landscape will be introduced into the buiding, because the buiding is ocated beside the coast, but also with the seaside scenic spots, for people to rest, to achieve diversified use of effects.

This proiect translates the film "Ready Player One"into architeclure. Through an analysis of the flm, the key idea emerged that "virtualand reality are not opposites, but that the virtual is an extension of reality." Based on this perspective, the project traces the shift in the film from an initial state of total opposition between virtual and reality (100%) to the virtual as an extension of realty (0%). This transformation is reaized in the architectural design, which is divided ino above-ground and underground sections, symbolizing the changing relationship between opposition. The space is further enhanced with various interesting spaces and connections between levels, subtly hinting at the evolving degree of opposition, ultimately translating the film into architecture.

This design is a sound therapy installation aimed at alleviating depression caused by work-related stress. lt utlizes the distincsounds produced by various materials to stimulate the brain's production of theta and alpha waves, creating a meditativeand relaxing psychological environment that fosters healing. Additionally, the combination of materials and the use of soundchambers further enhance the therapeutic effects brought by sound.
