Based on the fact that people's activities are restricted and substantiale conomic losses are incurred during extreme rainstorms, the designcan be used as a modular design for flood-proof buildings, interspersed in several corners of the city through rational analysis of the topography. The project is designed as a rainy season shelter with an elevated entrance, which, through a light and complementary power genera-tion system and a water recycling system, not only meets the energy self-sufficiency of the building's interior, but also delivers the produce from the planting modules to the outside of the building.
