The design site is located in a piece ofland to be buit in the south of'Luo Zhongli Art Museum, sichuan Fine Arts lnstitute,Chongqing, chin, close to Xiie CommercialStreet, with a large internal height difierence and rich vegetation, and the site itself connects the campus with the outside.On the basis of respecting the relationship between the orniginal site topography and combining local cuural symbols, the design ues red brick and wood as the main building materials to create an art and culture center that is private and harmonious inside, open and friendly to outside.
The design starts from the thinking of brand markeling and introduces the concept of"new five senses design (original sense, social sense. relaxaion senseatmosphere sense, presence sense)"While using nalural conditions and artificial means to create a good and healthy oice environment, it respects the atribue of the site. Based on GHalgorithm analysis, scieniic and intuitive amalysis of the path of dieren users and the raionality of fimctional placement. inteeraion of new ofice space(mass innovation space), to create a seamless connection of leisure, business, entrepreneurial park olice park.
