The pressure of renting creates a need for bargaining. New tenants who have just entered society are often ata disadvantage in terms of obtaining rental information and bargaining power, which leads to an antagonistichegotiation relationship between tenants and landlords, resulting in unequal value exchange between the twoparties, which is also the main reason for the failure of rental orders., This project adopts a participatory designmethod to help novice tenants identify price negotiation points in renting, break the negotiation frameworkdominated by a single price, guide users to pay attention to exchangeable explicit and implicit expenses tobalance the income and expenditure of rent, and promote equal negotiations. I hope to improve the antagonistic relationship in rent negotiations through this project. Reduce the economicpressure on tenants, reduce the vacancy rate of landlords' houses, and increase the order completion rate ofrental agencies.Create a more sustainable rental ecosystem in first-tier cities.

"1 To Infinite" is a transformative thinking platform incorporatinggenerative Al techniques. For designers in creative positions, weneed to break the habit of divergent thinking in the face of the sametype of design topic for customers. This platform co-designs with 16designers in different design fields, and uses "keywords" as a bridgefor designers to iterate on secondary information and divergence ofthinking. Through this project, l hope to help the designer team develop moreinnovative solutions, and at the same time, l hope to help the creativedemander in the non-design field to extend their design needs moreefficiently.Promote sustainable development in the design industry

Through the development of serious games, l wanted to make people realize that in thecontext of the politicization of land, the increasing inequality in agricultural areas causedby food waste will inevitably spill back into other areas. The politicization of land has led to unequal regional development. Henan, my hometown,has become China's "granary" because of its abundant land resources, and supplying grainto the provinces has become the main responsibility of this region, limiting thedevelopment of other economies. However, food waste makes it necessary for food-supplying regions to do more to meet policy requirements, which again exacerbates the policy imbalance.

High myopia genes are the main influencing factors of high myopia in children aged 0-12 years. Thecorresponding diet or activities can compensate for the protein expression defects caused by thecorresponding high myopia genes and slow down the probability of high myopia development. Throughcooperation with genetic testing institutions, the project provides myopic families with gene-targetedtreatment experience APP. Throuah this project, l hope to optimize the current situation of myopia gene testing institutions lackingfollow-up treatment services, help patients reduce the impact of highly myopia genes on visiondevelopment,and improve patients' trust.
