Enhance accidental interactions between people in public spaces through modularseating design to alleviate social isolation
The design uses a modular seating structure that can slide and connect, enabling usersto decide whether to be close to others or keep a distance. When the seats are movednearer, lights come on, promoting brief connections among strangers. When the seats areapart, the lights go off, enjoying personal time.
I hope that through this project, people will focus on balancing emotional connections withindividual needs, return to genuine and warm interactions, and rediscover the meaning ofsocializing.
Between the ages of 45-55, many women experience physical changes duringmenopause, particularly sleep disruptions caused by hot flashes, anxiety, andhormonal fluctuations. To assist these women in alleviating the frequent nighttimesleep interruptions and the resulting anxiety, this project aims to design a smartlighting system that, by integrating user sleep data, breathing, and heart ratemonitoring, creates a comfortable and cozy sleeping environment, helping them fallasleep quickly and restore their sleep quality.
By utilizing the R60ABDl sleep radar sensor, the system collects data on the user'sbreathing, heart rate, body movements, and sleep stages (awake, light sleep, deepsleep). In combination with WS2812B LED strips and Arduino for programmingcontrol, it adjusts the brightness, color temperature, and changing patterns of thelighting in real-time. This system is capable of intelligently recognizing the user'ssleep stages and dynamically adjusting the rhythm of the lighting changes, therebyoptimizing the user's sleep experience.
Players take on the role of the birds they are tasked with protecting,immersing themselves in the VR game to experience the birds' habitatsand hunting behaviors, and intuitively learning about bird knowledge. Atthe same time, the game uses humorous and comical bird images alongwith fun interactions to attract users' active participation,enhancingtheir receptiveness to conservation knowledge.
Through this project, l aim to leverage VR technology to transformendangered species conservation into a more vivid and personalizedvirtual simulation experience, allowing citizens to deeply appreciate theimportance of ecological balance from the perspectives of variousspecies.In this way, l hope to inspire them to comprehensively anddeeply engage in environmental protection efforts.
Intelligent HMl projection displays real-time pedestrian, bike dynamics, and traffic lights in thedriver's view, aiding safe navigation through busy intersections. lt also offers dynamic routeoptimizations based on real-time data, reducing waits and traffic stress.
Through this project, l hope to leverage the integration of artificial intelligence and theInternet of Things to enable the in-car system to analyze urban traffic patterns and driverbehavior in real-time, actively providing safety assistance and ensuring seamless connectivitybetween "human-vehicle-road." My aim is to create designs for smart transportation thatexhibit greater "empathy," enhancing the efficiency and enjoyment of the travel experience.
