In the current complex intemational situation, the balance of international relationshas received widespreadattention due to the frequent interventions of major powers against smaller countries. This project explores thisohenomenon through installation, typography and book design. The installation extracts the unique scent of nationacostumes to symbolise the cultural exchange and influence between diflerent countries, while the book serves as avehicle for cultural dissemination, revealing the invisible destructive power ofneocolonialism.
The Taihu stones have always held a significant position in Chinese painting. As an undergraduate majoring in Chinese painting,I have decided to explore the spatlal representation of Talhu stones in Chinese palnting as a means to discuss the diferencesin linguistic expresslon and behavioral patters between the East and the West. Bullding on the analysis of technlques used todepict Taihu stones, l have designed typefaces and books to convey the research findings.
Gender is fluid and socially defined. The project examines today's polarisedgenders and through the design of a dictionary on gender diversity, as well asinstallations, attempts to draw attention to the phenomenon of increasinglydiverse genders. The core objective of the project is to promote the realinclusion of sexual minorities in society, rather than just seeking superficialrespect through labelled definitions of gender.
Morals are guidelines and norms for people's common life and their behaviour.
This project examines the issue of pan-moralisation in East Asia through
traditional culture. l explore a perfect moral world influenced by traditional culture
by standing in a post-human perspective, for which l designed an installation to
simulate a world controlled by morality.
